🔒 سياسة الخصوصيةPrivacy Policy

1. مقدمة

تشرح هذه السياسة كيف يجمع موقع ArtyJx Games (www.artyjx.com) بياناتك ويستخدمها ويحميها. الموقع يقدّم ألعاباً ترفيهية تفاعلية مرتبطة بالبث المباشر على تيك توك ويوتيوب وكيك وتويتش. استخدامك للموقع يعني موافقتك على هذه السياسة.

1. Introduction

This policy explains how ArtyJx Games (www.artyjx.com) collects, uses and protects your data. The site offers interactive entertainment games tied to live streams on TikTok, YouTube, Kick and Twitch. By using the site you agree to this policy.

2. البيانات التي نجمعها

حسابات المنصات (عبر OAuth): عند ربط حسابك نقرأ فقط: من تيك توك (user.info.basic و user.info.profile) المعرّف open_id والاسم الظاهر والصورة واسم المستخدم؛ من يوتيوب (youtube.readonly) معرّف القناة واسمها؛ من كيك المعرّف واسم المستخدم. لا نحصل على كلمة مرور أي منصة.
بيانات الحساب: اسم المستخدم وكلمة المرور (مخزّنة مشفّرة) إن سجّلت مباشرة.
معلومات البث: حالة البث (مباشر أو لا) والبيانات اللازمة لتشغيل اللعبة.
تفاعل المشاهدين: أثناء البث نقرأ من الشات والهدايا: اسم المشاهد وتعليقاته (مثل «دخول») والهدايا المرسلة.

2. Data We Collect

Platform accounts (via OAuth): when you link an account we read only: from TikTok (user.info.basic and user.info.profile) your open_id, display name, avatar and username; from YouTube (youtube.readonly) your channel ID and name; from Kick your ID and username. We never receive your platform password.
Account data: username and password (stored hashed) if you sign up directly.
Stream information: live status and the data needed to run the game.
Viewer interactions: during a stream we read chat and gifts: viewer name, comments (such as «دخول» / join) and gifts sent.

3. كيف نستخدم البيانات

لإنشاء حسابك والتحقق من ملكيتك لحساب المنصة، ولعرض اسمك وصورتك في لوحة التحكم وداخل الألعاب، ولتشغيل الألعاب واللوبي أثناء البث. تفاعلات المشاهدين تُستخدم داخل اللعبة فقط أثناء البث، واللوبي يُمسح تلقائياً عند انقطاع البث. لا ننشر أي محتوى في حساباتك.

3. How We Use Data

To create your account and confirm you own the linked platform account, to show your name and avatar in your dashboard and in games, and to run games and the lobby during streams. Viewer interactions are used in-game only during the stream, and the lobby is cleared automatically when the stream disconnects. We never post content to your accounts.

4. مشاركة البيانات

لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نؤجرها. نشاركها فقط مع مزوّدي خدمات ضروريين لتشغيل الموقع: Railway (الاستضافة)، وميسّر Moyasar (معالجة المدفوعات، ولا نخزّن بيانات بطاقتك)، ومنصات البث نفسها (تيك توك، يوتيوب، كيك، تويتش) عند الربط. وقد نفصح عنها إذا ألزمنا القانون.

4. Sharing

We do not sell or rent your data. We share it only with service providers needed to run the site: Railway (hosting), Moyasar (payment processing; we do not store your card details), and the streaming platforms themselves (TikTok, YouTube, Kick, Twitch) when you link them. We may also disclose data if required by law.

5. حقوقك

يحق لك الاطلاع على بياناتك، وفك ربط أي منصة في أي وقت بزر «فك الربط» في صفحة حسابي، وحذف حسابك وكل بياناتك. لو فكّيت آخر منصة مربوطة يرجع حسابك حساب لاعب وينفك قفل اسمك. لو كانت المنصة هي طريقتك الوحيدة لدخول الحساب لازم تضيف طريقة دخول ثانية قبل فك الربط، أو تحذف حسابك. طلب حذف الحساب لا يحذف شيئاً مباشرة: نرسل إلى إيميل حسابك المسجّل رسالة تأكيد (من no-reply@artyjx.com) فيها زر، صالحة ساعة واحدة ولمرة واحدة، وإذا تجاهلتها لا يحدث شيء. الحساب بدون إيميل يضيف إيميلاً ويؤكده أولاً. بعد التأكيد، حذف الحساب يعطّله أولاً لمدة 30 يوماً: يختفي من الموقع ولا يمكن الدخول إليه، وتبقى بياناتك محفوظة، ويمكنك إرجاعه خلال هذه المدة بتسجيل الدخول بنفس طريقتك. بعد 30 يوماً يُحذف الحساب وبياناتك نهائياً، ونحتفظ فقط بسجلات الدفع والاشتراك اللازمة للمحاسبة دون بياناتك الشخصية. بعد فك الربط أو حذف الحساب يبقى يوزر المنصة محجوزاً لحسابك في نفس المنصة لمدة 30 يوماً، وبعدها يصير متاحاً للجميع. يمكنك أيضاً سحب صلاحية التطبيق من إعدادات المنصة نفسها.

5. Your Rights

You can access your data, unlink any platform at any time with the «Unlink» button on your account page, and delete your account and all your data. If you unlink your last linked platform, your account goes back to a player account and your username is unlocked. If a platform is your only way to sign in, you need to add another sign-in method before unlinking it, or delete your account. Requesting account deletion does not delete anything right away: we send a confirmation email (from no-reply@artyjx.com) with a button to your account's registered email, valid once for 1 hour; if you ignore it, nothing happens. An account without an email must add and confirm one first. Once confirmed, deleting your account first deactivates it for 30 days: it is hidden from the site and can't be signed in to, your data is kept, and you can restore it during that time by signing in the same way you did before. After 30 days the account and your data are permanently deleted; we keep only the payment and subscription records needed for accounting, without your personal details. After unlinking or deleting your account, the platform handle stays reserved for your account on that platform for 30 days, then becomes available to everyone. You can also revoke app access from the platform's own settings.

6. ملفات تعريف الارتباط

نستخدم ملف تعريف ارتباط واحد فقط للجلسة، وهو ضروري لإبقائك مسجّل الدخول. لا نستخدم ملفات تتبّع أو إعلانات.

6. Cookies

We use a single session cookie, which is essential to keep you signed in. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

7. أمان البيانات

كل الاتصال مشفّر عبر HTTPS، وكلمات المرور والأسرار مخزّنة مشفّرة (hashed)، ونحتفظ بأقل قدر من البيانات ولأقصر مدة لازمة.

7. Data Security

All traffic is encrypted over HTTPS, passwords and secrets are stored hashed, and we keep the minimum data for the shortest time needed.

8. الأطفال

الموقع غير موجّه لمن هم دون 13 سنة، ولا نجمع بياناتهم عن قصد. إذا علمنا بذلك نحذفها.

8. Children

The site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If we learn of it, we delete it.

9. التعديلات

قد نحدّث هذه السياسة ونغيّر تاريخ آخر تحديث أدناه. استمرارك في الاستخدام يعني موافقتك.

1. الخدمة

موقع ArtyJx Games يقدّم ألعاباً تفاعلية لمتابعي البث المباشر للترفيه فقط.

ArtyJx Games offers interactive games for live-stream viewers, for entertainment only.

2. ربط الحسابات

ربط حسابك بتيك توك أو يوتيوب أو كيك أو تويتش يتم عبر صفحة المنصة الرسمية (OAuth)، ويُستخدم فقط لتأكيد ملكيتك للحساب وعرض اسمك وصورتك داخل الألعاب ولوحة النقاط.

2. Account Linking

Linking your TikTok, YouTube, Kick or Twitch account is done through the platform's official authorization page (OAuth), and is used only to confirm you own the account and to show your name and profile picture in games and leaderboards.

3. النقاط

النقاط داخل الموقع افتراضية وليس لها قيمة مالية.

3. Points

Points on the site are virtual and have no monetary value.

4. السلوك

يُمنع الغش والإساءة، ويحق لنا إيقاف أي حساب مخالف.

4. Conduct

Cheating and abuse are not allowed; we may suspend accounts that break the rules.

We may update these terms at any time; continued use means you accept them.

6. Account Deletion

You can unlink any platform from your account page, or delete your account and data, at any time. Deletion deactivates the account for 30 days (you can restore it during that time by signing in the same way), after which it is permanently deleted. 💳 سياسة الدفع والاستردادPayment & Refund Policy

1. الخدمة

ArtyJx Games خدمة رقمية بالاشتراك تتيح للستريمرز تشغيل ألعاب تفاعلية أثناء البث المباشر على تيك توك. يتفعّل الاشتراك فوراً بعد نجاح الدفع، وتتم المدفوعات عبر بوابة ميسّر (Moyasar) بالريال السعودي.

1. The Service

ArtyJx Games is a digital subscription service that lets streamers run interactive games during TikTok live streams. A subscription is activated immediately after a successful payment. Payments are processed in Saudi riyals (SAR) through Moyasar.

2. طبيعة الاشتراك

الاشتراك (شهري، 6 شهور، سنوي) دفعة واحدة لمدة محددة، ولا يتجدد تلقائياً، ولا نخصم أي مبلغ بعد انتهاء المدة إلا إذا اشتركت من جديد بنفسك.

2. Subscription Type

Each subscription (monthly, 6 months or yearly) is a one-time payment for a fixed period. It does not renew automatically, and you are never charged again unless you subscribe again yourself.

3. متى يحق لك الاسترداد

تقدر تطلب استرداد كامل المبلغ خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ الدفع إذا لم تستخدم الاشتراك، أي لم تفتح أي لعبة مدفوعة بعد الاشتراك. كذلك نسترد المبلغ كاملاً إذا تم خصمه مرتين بالخطأ، أو إذا تم الخصم ولم يتفعّل اشتراكك ولم نتمكن من تفعيله.

3. When You Can Get a Refund

You can request a full refund within 7 days of payment if you have not used the subscription, meaning you have not opened any paid game since subscribing. We also refund in full if you were charged twice by mistake, or if you were charged and your subscription was not activated and we could not activate it.

4. متى لا يحق الاسترداد

لا يُسترد المبلغ بعد استخدام الاشتراك أو بعد مرور 7 أيام على الدفع، ولا عن الجزء المتبقي من مدة اشتراك مستخدم. العملات والنقاط داخل الموقع افتراضية وليس لها قيمة مالية ولا تُسترد. الحسابات الموقوفة بسبب مخالفة شروط الاستخدام أو سياسة المحتوى لا يحق لها الاسترداد.

4. When Refunds Do Not Apply

No refund is given after the subscription has been used or more than 7 days after payment, and none for the unused part of a subscription that has been used. In-site coins and points are virtual, have no monetary value and are not refundable. Accounts suspended for breaking the Terms of Use or the Content Policy are not eligible for a refund.

5. المشاكل التقنية

إذا واجهت مشكلة تقنية من جهتنا تمنعك من استخدام الخدمة ولم نتمكن من حلها، نعوّضك بتمديد مدة الاشتراك أو باسترداد المبلغ، حسب الحالة.

5. Technical Problems

If a technical problem on our side stops you from using the service and we cannot fix it, we will make it right by extending your subscription or issuing a refund, depending on the case.

6. كيف تطلب الاسترداد

تواصل معنا عبر قسم «تواصل معنا» أسفل الصفحة الرئيسية، واذكر اسم المستخدم في الموقع وتاريخ الدفع ورقم العملية إن وُجد. نرد على الطلب خلال 3 أيام عمل.

6. How to Request a Refund

Contact us through the “Contact us” section at the bottom of the home page with your site username, the payment date and the transaction number if you have it. We reply within 3 business days.

7. تنفيذ الاسترداد

بعد الموافقة يُعاد المبلغ إلى نفس وسيلة الدفع عبر ميسّر، وقد يستغرق ظهوره من 5 إلى 14 يوم عمل حسب البنك. ويُلغى الاشتراك المسترد فوراً.

7. Refund Processing

Once approved, the amount is returned to the original payment method through Moyasar. It may take 5 to 14 business days to appear, depending on your bank. The refunded subscription is cancelled immediately.

8. التعديلات

قد نحدّث هذه السياسة ونغيّر تاريخ آخر تحديث أدناه. التعديلات لا تؤثر على المدفوعات التي تمت قبلها.

We may update this policy and will change the last-updated date below. Changes do not affect payments made before them.

🛡️ سياسة المحتوىContent Policy

1. النطاق

تنطبق هذه السياسة على كل ما يظهر داخل الموقع والألعاب: أسماء المستخدمين، والصور الشخصية، وأسماء ورسائل المشاهدين التي تظهر داخل اللعبة واللوبي أثناء البث، وأي نص يكتبه الستريمر.

1. Scope

This policy covers everything shown on the site and in the games: usernames, profile pictures, viewer names and messages that appear in games and in the lobby during a stream, and any text a streamer enters.

2. المحتوى الممنوع

يُمنع أي محتوى: مسيء أو يحض على الكراهية أو العنصرية أو التنمر، أو جنسي أو خادش للحياء، أو عنيف أو يشجع على الأذى، أو ينتهك خصوصية أحد أو ينشر بياناته الشخصية، أو احتيالي أو دعائي مزعج (سبام)، أو مخالف للأنظمة في المملكة العربية السعودية.

2. Prohibited Content

Content is not allowed if it is abusive, hateful, racist or bullying; sexual or indecent; violent or encouraging harm; violates someone’s privacy or shares their personal data; fraudulent or spam; or against the laws of Saudi Arabia.

3. الأسماء والصور

يجب أن يكون اسم المستخدم والصورة الشخصية لائقين، ولا ينتحلان شخصية أحد أو علامة تجارية. الأسماء المحجوزة مثل artyjx لا تُمنح إلا لأصحابها الموثّقين.

3. Names and Pictures

Usernames and profile pictures must be appropriate and must not impersonate a person or a brand. Reserved names such as artyjx are given only to their verified owners.

4. مسؤولية الستريمر

الستريمر مسؤول عن بثّه وعن الالتزام بإرشادات مجتمع تيك توك أثناء استخدام ألعابنا. الموقع يعرض أسماء المشاهدين ورسائلهم كما تصل من المنصة، ولا يتحكم في محتوى البث نفسه.

4. Streamer Responsibility

Streamers are responsible for their own streams and for following the TikTok Community Guidelines while using our games. The site shows viewer names and messages as they arrive from the platform and does not control the stream itself.

5. الألعاب للترفيه فقط

الألعاب والنقاط للترفيه فقط، ولا يجوز استخدامها في القمار أو المراهنات أو أي جوائز مالية مشروطة بالدفع.

5. Games Are for Entertainment Only

Games and points are for entertainment only and may not be used for gambling, betting or any cash prizes that require payment.

6. الإبلاغ

إذا شفت محتوى مخالف، بلّغنا عبر قسم «تواصل معنا» أسفل الصفحة الرئيسية مع اسم المستخدم ووصف المشكلة، وإن أمكن صورة شاشة.

6. Reporting

If you see content that breaks these rules, report it through the “Contact us” section at the bottom of the home page with the username, a description and, if possible, a screenshot.

7. الإجراءات

يحق لنا إخفاء أو حذف المحتوى المخالف، أو تغيير اسم المستخدم، أو إيقاف الحساب مؤقتاً أو نهائياً، حسب خطورة المخالفة، وبدون استرداد لاشتراك الحساب الموقوف. تقدر تعترض على القرار بالتواصل معنا.

7. Enforcement

We may hide or remove content that breaks these rules, change a username, or suspend an account temporarily or permanently, depending on how serious the violation is. A suspended account’s subscription is not refunded. You can appeal a decision by contacting us.
